Redesigning the Standard in Custom Challenge Coins‍

Overview

Coins For Anything is one of America’s leading custom challenge coin manufacturers and as a veteran-owned business, they take craftsmanship, service, and tradition seriously.

Prolific Pixel was brought in to reimagine their digital experience and presentation, pushing the brand beyond the military mold to reach a broader audience while honoring its roots. From refreshing the UI to elevating how coins were showcased, our work helped reposition Coins For Anything as not just a manufacturer, but a creative leader in the industry.

Objectives

Elevate the brand’s visual experience with modern UI/UX principles
Reintroduce the challenge coin as an art form, not just a keepsake
Enhance typography, layout hierarchy, and product presentation
Design trade show and packaging materials that reflect the same attention to detail as the coins themselves

I led the full creative revamp across web and print environments, focusing on cohesion, clarity, and innovation.

Website Redesign (UI/UX Focus)

The legacy site had strong bones but lacked hierarchy, visual rhythm, and modern polish. We rebuilt the interface with:

Striking coin visuals front and center, presented in dynamic layouts
Clearer call-to-actions, simplifying user flow from browse to inquiry
Refined typography to match the brand’s tone military-grade strong, but consumer-accessible
A visual structure that made thickness, detail, and customization intuitive for new and returning clients\

Packaging & Print Design

To match the elevated digital experience, I developed:

Brochures and leave-behinds showcasing coin types, finishes, and edge styles with clarity
Trade show assets that stood out bold, clean, and easy to digest in fast-paced environments
Product mockups for coin packaging concepts, giving clients an idea of how premium their piece would feel in-hand
